How to find us

The first thing we do is pull the slab of Cambria quartz from our inventory

Then we  open the CAD  drawing on our waterjet saw

After loading the slab on our Sawjet we align the stone with the digital  parts and begin cutting.

After the sawcuts are finished, the saw blade retracts and then our waterjet begins cutting the radii

After cutting., we can start the lamination process.  We use a chemical bonding agent designed for stone.  The lamination process requires 12 hours to cure and provides a bond of high integrity for our lamination strips.

When the pieces have cured we then load them on our CNC router.

The CNC changes tools automatically from it's onboard tool rack and tool carousel.  Each set for the CNC is custom programmed to cut, shape, and polish the parts according to the CAD drawing's specifications.

1st the CNC grabs a cutting tool to cut off any excess material.

The CNC  then changes tools and shapes and polishes the stone using a sequence of metal/diamond and rubber/diamond tools.  The CNC use 13 gallons of water per minutes through it spindle.  We recycle the water and re-use it everyday.

When the pieces come off the CNC they are moved into our finishing area. Here we inspect parts to insure quality control and to check that they fit together properly for installation.

We clean the counterops and store them in our finished area where they await installation.
